They mentioned multiple times over the phone that they would reimburse me and now months later I haven’t received any money and now they said without an itemized bill they can’t and the tow company won’t answer their calls, just alot of bs. I even told them to investigate the body shop because it felt like they were milking the insurance for extra money, that obviously fell on deaf ears. State Farm is just trash. RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK"
